REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY
by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan

It has worked for many. If it works for you please pas
s on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. "Cancer is never the first illness," Chiu Nan points out. "Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer.

In my research in China, I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a m
atter of big or small, many or few.

One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.

3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix
it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."

"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then."

I posted this arising out of a dinner conversation with Edmund and Philip. Edmund has read about this a long time ago and Philip expressed interest to find out more about this. So here it is.

Has anyone actually tried this? Kindly share with us your experience with regards.

Who's been to Bangkok and EXPERIENCED being stuck in their traffic jam? Someone told me that people actually wear nappies when they have to travel in a taxi. Now is that true or not, or was it someone pulling my leg? I tell you, that certainly put me off going to Bangkok!

thedtan - actually on kayak trips in sit-in kayaks we bring along "pee-bags"! To do the 'big business' you'll have to get someone to go alongside you to steady and hold on to your kayak while u maneuveur your backside ... u get the idea!

em - Bangkok's traffic jams like in Manila are legendary! I'd been to both cities several times (business of course). One can get caught in traffic for hours thats for sure. But then again one can also exercise common sense and avoid the peak hours and when it rains not to go on the road. Bangkok now has overhead rapid transit and as a tourists you have more choice as to when you want to go somewhere. Bangkok is a wonderful place to visit - the food, the markets, the unbelieveable shopping and the sheer 'aliveness' of the place! You should definitely visit. Pity I can't say the same about Manila and Jakarta which I would recommend you to AVOID!!!

No kidding fh20? You kayakers really poo-poo while still in your kayaks, out in the river and sea? I guess it is true if nature's call and one cannot 'ta-han'!! Use the adult nappies for convenience..

so fh2o, you now sideline sell adult nappies as well?? Hee..hee..hee.

Better make sure the river has no piranha when you do your business.. you'll be in trouble if they leap out of the water! Ouch!

Ya, and no crocodile about too.. And wash your hands well after the business..hee hee. Use instant hand soap that dries off in air and spray some deodorant too. :-) Just to avoid getting gastroenteritis or tummy poisoning..
