Our Own Facebook Group!

Although I have already sent out invitations to those of you who are on my facebook friends list, this is just a heads up to those of you that I for some unforgiveable reason have missed you out in sending out the invitations!

Those of you who have already been invited, please assist by also inviting our other classmates who are on your facebook friends list.

Why this facebook group?

1. Everyone is on Facebook already and I encourage you to sign up on Facebook now if you haven't already done so! It is a great way to keep in touch.
2. This blog is in the public domain - everyone who chances on it can read (and spy?) on us whereas a Facebook Group is private. It is set up as a closed group and strictly by invitation and postings cannot be viewed by others who are not part of this group.
3. There is a LIVE group chat function in that everybody who happens to be on facebook at the time can chat with each other! The other night Geok Lian, Edward Tan, Justin Tsan had our first group chat.
4. It is FREE!

I am sure there are other very good reasons that I had not thought of or am aware of yet.

Charity Ride from Kota Kinabalu to Kuching - November/December 2011

My dear old friends - to celebrate my 55th birthday on the 29th November 2011; I'll be doing a charity ride from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to Kuching which is about 1,300kms away, on my own. I feel very blessed to be able to do this epic ride at an age when we are supposed to "retire"!
